The college members can lend books according to King Saud libraries criteria.

1. Reference information resource such as encyclopedia, dictionaries, indexes, abstracts etc.
2. The original manuscripts and photographed scripts.
3. Rare books
4. Books that are rarely read.
5. The university dissertations (they might be lent to faculty members, lecturers, TAs for not more than one week)
6. Visual and audio materials.
7. Scientific periodicals
8. Governmental printings, maps and files.
9. Books with only one print left. Only faculty members can borrow them for not more than one week.
10. Reserved books.
11. Books with more than three volumes.

The teacher can reserve a book for his students use inside the library.
