For 23 years, the college has been arranging the educational event that targeted the college  and the community members in Riyadh and many Saudi provinces. This event is the annual book exhibition and the electronic book. The technical development takes this event into consideration due to the multi intellectual communication. The college takes the book into account because the book is an important element in education and in spreading knowledge to the coming offspring.

The college undertakes the responsibility of organizing this event and its supervision through its committees that are annually formed. The college desires to associate this event with many different educational activities conducted by many intellectuals and educators in all aspects that are important for the community. This activity is as an extension to what the college mission in spreading the knowledge and education, help the community and help to enlighten the society.   

The college seeks to serve the community and participate in books publication and boost the educational and awareness level among the community members as well as to give the publishers a chance to provide the community with their new. To assure that everyone knows about this event, the college does a lot to advertise in the different local media and put signs on many Riyadh main streets so that the aim of this activity known by the community members. 

 The college asks the targeted education slides, students and teachers, and the rest of the ministry of education sectors members as well as the related educational establishments in order to tell their students and military colleges students and other academies that are interested in visiting the book exhibition.

The college has been organizing the annual book exhibition successively and the e-book with wide participations from the biggest libraries and publishers as well as the informational technology establishments in order to show their new of books, e-books or education technology because these are related to the education process. This exhibition is a real chance to have a closer look on the new in education and it is a good chance for both private and governmental schools to look closely in the new education technology.
