To spread the non-course free readings in all aspects, the library established the library friends assembly. It is a group of faculty members and students gathered by the library and the books, pushed by the desire to work with the librarians and assist them to achieve the actual communication between the society and the library in order to make the library inseparable part of the individual life in the university atmosphere in particular and in the outer life in general. The assembly works hard to achieve the college goals and arranges its duties and all activities that may provide the technical support that the library works according to.

1- Strength the link between the student and the book through developing reading skills.

2- Moving from general call for reading to applying practical reading programs in order to encourage reading.

3- To Activate the frequent library visit to get the positive benefit from it and to activate its role in the college.

4- Enlighten the college community with the importance of reading to build a great deal of perception.

5- Acquiring the free reading tendency and spreading the reading competition.

6- Invest the free time in reading.

7- forming a new creative, writer, intellectual generation.

8- Study the students reading disinclined and try to solve their problems.

9- Developing the sound reading skills among all students as well as community members.

10- Spread the reading among all community members.

11- Developing the positive directions toward the sound reading.

12- Aware about the importance of reading and explain its importance in all levels.

1- There will be a membership card.

2- Increase the maximum limit for books lending (30%)

3- Extend the Due time to (30%)

4- Extend the internet use hours in the library to (50%)

5- Having an appreciation certificate from the library management.

6- Having a chance to participate in the courses, attending seminars that are conducted by the university or the college.
