The Scientific Research Administration at the College consists of:

1-  The Center Director, Dr. Bandar Bin Shari' Al-Dajan, Islamic Studies Department.

2-  The Administration Board which consists of the staff members of the college who are interested in scientific research. These are:  Dr. Khaled Bin Ibrahim Al- Nafisa, English Department, Dr. Mohammad Bin Fawzan Al-Omar, Quranic Studies Department, Dr. Mohammad Bin Abdul-Aziz Azzamil, Physics Department, Dr. Othman Bin Turkey Al-Turkey, Teaching Technology Department and Dr. Ibrahim Al-Atiq, Arabic Department.

3-  The Secretary, Abdullah Al-Shallali

4-  Technical unit, under construction, which is to consist of the Center Counselor, a statistics employee, lab supervisor and an audit accountant.

The articles of the Standard Rules and Regulations governing Scientific Research in Saudi Universities include the structure of the research center and the responsibilities of the Center Director and the Center board. These articles are:

Article (8) Those in charge of the administration of each of the research centers of the deanship:

1-  The Center Board

2-  The Center Director, each according to their specific responsibilities

Article (9) The Center Board Comprises the following:

1-  The Center Director who chairs the Board and is a Saudi staff member appointed by the university Rector's decision based on the nomination made by the dean of the scientific research seconded by the vice-rector of postgraduate studies and scientific research for a renewable period of two years, and is treated financially as chairperson.

2-  A maximum number of five outstanding staff members in scientific research appointed by the university Rector based on the nomination made by the dean of the scientific research seconded by the vice-rector of postgraduate studies and scientific research for a period of two years

Article (10): The Research Center Board is in charge of looking into all matters related to it particularly:

1-  Suggesting the annual research plan and preparing the budget needed for that.

2-  Studying staff members' research projects and following up their execution.

3-  Studying research projects and studies requested by parties other than the university, selecting researchers, following up the execution of the research studies and projects and suggesting rewards for those in charge of them according to the rules and regulations governing that.

4-  Recommending spending from the assigned research budget in accordance with the rules and regulations governing that.

5-  Studying the annual report, final account, and the Center's budget draft  and sending it to the concerned party.

6-  Studying what the Research Center's deanship refers to the Board.

Article (11): The Scientific Research Center's director is responsible for:

1-  Supervising and following up the course of research studies of staff members, those treated as such and research assistants in addition to directly supervising the Center's administrative and technical bodies.

2-  Contacting the scientific departments, motivating staff members into research, coordinating their research, supplying them with the means and facilities that help prepare their research and publishing it as efficiently as possible.

3-  Contacting and coordinating with the other research centers at the university and everywhere as far as they are related to the nature of research conducted under the supervision of the center or that which will be carried out by organizations other than the university.

4-  Preparing the annual budget draft of the Center's activities for presenting to the Board, then sending it to the concerned authority at the university.
