Community Service and Training Center

Introduction:

Educational training has become one of the pivotal components of any learning institutions and organizations concerned with pre-service or in-service teacher preparation and rehabilitation on both the local and global spheres.

The issue of training has its outstanding place among the priorities of educational development in some Arab nations, including Saudi Arabia. This is apparent in the increasing interest in training, the huge funding dedicated to support training activities and programs, and the increasing numbers of the trainees in educational institutes. Despite the importance of technology in any educational process, human resources are always the backbone of any efforts exerted by such institutions. Human resources are alone capable of implementing and making use of all other factors that collaboratively contribute to productivity, effectiveness and competitiveness.

Based on these clues, there should be continuous pursuit of perfection in training. Such quality training enables trainees to play perfectly their roles in their community. Reiterating the importance of this priority of training, the College works on designing and implementing training programs for the Saudi public.
