The will to change is a human tendency that endows his/her life with development, improvement, and renewal. It helps man to immortalize unforgettable moments of life. As the time passes, man will remember these moments and will proudly soliloquize that this is mine. This indicates that he/she has a positive point of view of his/her life span. Certain moments, short or long, will be fruitful and productive; and they cannot be postponed as the context is changing. Therefore, man should have an analytical perspective, be frank with the self, and illuminate his life with his important contributions that have a great impact upon the context in which he/she lives. So, do not brag about your contributions, but rather consider them as a lighthouse that enlightens people's life. Thus, you can achieve the partnership of building in a quite short time. No doubt, the man with positive attitude toward life is smart and intelligent Cannot determine positions and turning points in life without experiencing hardships and facing obstacles and hindering blocks in his way towards glory and success. So, make your life slogan: Don't think glory, as dates, is easily to swallow, For Glory, you can't reach, but with bitterness and sorrow Moreover, man should look for change and development and be sure that it cannot occur all over the night but gradually accompanied by a sense of optimism and insistence. Thus, depression and disappointment will not find a way to man's heart.  Those who take this as a principle of life, their idealistic view of life will be balanced governed by certain rules depending on true potentialities, qualifications and circumstances, etc. They should look back for the past to build the future with its ruins. It is preceded by the stage of willing and determining targets, then follows a well-identified mechanism, based upon future vision, to be achieved according to priority and planned approach. Our Academic Mission The current decade is a challenging one, and now is the time to put words into action, to create an educational environment system which respects the right of every student to quality learning. The college by its all staff members work hard to turn out young adults equipped with skills to be productive and contribute to our  national economy. In addition, we have to ensure that the education gives them all a sense of worth and pride in themselves, as this will result on the coming generations who study at  their hands. The College's vice Dean for Quality and improvement Address Praise be to Allah the one whom with His thanks all good deeds are completed. Allah said in the Holy Quran "Say work and Allah, his prophet and all believers shall see your work." Prayers and blessings be upon Allah's prophet, Mohammad, the one who said "Allah loves the one who works and does his work excellently."     Fourteen centuries ago, we were ordered, as a Muslim nation, to do everything accurately.  The prophet, Mohammad, said that Allah loves the one who works and does his work excellently. Nowadays, we are under the auspices of the university's culture that emanates from the intellectual openness. The university is always eager to develop everything that it deals with in order to reach the best point and achieve development so it reaches the educational and moral perfection.     In order to achieve these goals, the University president, Dr. Abdullah Al-Othman, directed to establish the Quality and Development Deanship which, in its role, established many deanships at all colleges to cover all university's sections and to assure the spread of development and quality knowledge.  In teachers college's deanship for quality and development, we call to unify the college's staff members' efforts in order to achieve the vision of the quality and improvement deanship at the university (creativity and distinction in practicing quality at the university.)
